Post Contract

Throughout the maintenance period we have a dedicated number for our customers to ring in case of an emergency and our team will make regular inspections of the completed works.

Your TEC Interior Design project manager will also remain in close contact to ensure any issues that may arise during the defects liability period are dealt with speedily and efficiently.

Operational training

At the end of the fit-out TEC Interior Design will take you through a comprehensive systems handover. Users of the space are given thorough training in the way the building works, with particular emphasis on controls, security and life saving systems.
